How much do I save?

How does the 3-pack work?
Three tubs arrive together in one free delivery at 20% off, timed to last until your next one arrives. It renews at the same locked price. You can pause, skip or delay any delivery, and cancel whenever you like.
Does my discount reset if I cancel?
Yes. The ladder rewards continuous subscription, so if you cancel and later restart, you begin again at 10%. Pausing, skipping or delaying a delivery does not reset it, and neither does swapping products. If you need a break, pause rather than cancel. On the 3-pack, cancelling simply stops future deliveries, and rejoining later starts you back on the ladder at 10%.
I already have a subscription. What happens to me?
Nothing changes for you. Your current discount stays exactly as it is. If you would like to move to the new rates, just contact our support team and we will sort it for you.
How do I change my quantity or delivery frequency?
You choose a single tub or a 3-pack at signup, and your delivery rhythm is set automatically to match how long your supply lasts, so there is no frequency setting to manage.
