Electrolytes with potassium and magnesium, not just salt

Most sports drinks rely on sugar for taste, and many electrolyte powders give far more sodium than potassium. Ours gives sodium and potassium in a 1:1 ratio, with magnesium added. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 500mg potassium is 25% of the UK reference intake, and 150mg magnesium is 40%.

Unflavoured contains three ingredients: Himalayan pink salt, potassium chloride and magnesium malate. That makes it an easy unflavoured electrolytes option for water, smoothies or cooking. The flavours (Raspberry, Orange and Lime, Watermelon, Grapefruit and Blood Orange) add citric acid, flavouring and stevia, with no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Pink salt also carries natural trace minerals that refined table salt does not.
