Shipping policy

United Kingdom

Delivery is free on orders over £50, otherwise £4. Orders placed before 7pm on a working day usually go out the same day by Royal Mail Tracked, which takes 1 to 3 working days. Subscription deliveries always ship free.

United States

US orders are placed through lovelifesupplements.com, in US dollars, and ship from stock held in the United States, so there are no customs fees. Shipping is free on orders over $50, otherwise $4, with delivery in 2 to 5 business days. Subscription deliveries always ship free.

Everywhere else

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Local duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking, problems and returns

Every order is tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email when it ships. If an order hasn't arrived in the expected time, email help@llsupplements.co.uk and we'll chase it or replace it. Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee; see our refund policy.
