60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email help@llsupplements.co.uk with your order number (it is on your order confirmation email) and tell us which items you would like to return.
2. We will send you a link to a free Royal Mail returns label.
3. Post the items back to us. As soon as they are back with us, we refund them in full to your original payment method.

Please get in touch within 60 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the guarantee is being used repeatedly for opened items.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email help@llsupplements.co.uk with your order number straight away and we will put it right.
